If we ever ship a feature that violates one of these promises, anyone — staff, member, or stranger — can file a charter violation report and we publish the response within 30 days. No exceptions.

- No streak-shaming
Streaks reward presence, never punish absence. We won't bombard you with 'You broke your 47-day streak' notifications.
- No fake urgency or fake scarcity
Countdown timers must reflect a real deadline. Limited-edition items must be limited. No 'Only 1 left!' lies.
- No autoplay outrage
Posts about crisis, harm or politics never autoplay sound. They open with a content warning and require an explicit tap.
- Money flows you control
We don't dark-pattern subscriptions. One-tap cancel, prorated refunds, no email gauntlet. Earn-Layer payouts go out within 7 days.
- Transparency by default
Algorithmic feeds disclose why each item was ranked for you. You can fork any feed into a chronological view in one tap.
