Acceptable use policy
Last updated 2026-08-15. Future Assistants Ltd (company no. 17123132) is registered in England & Wales — registered office: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB. This policy is referenced by, and forms part of, our Terms of service (Section 4) — it is not a separate agreement you sign, it's the reference document you're told you're agreeing to when you accept the Terms at signup.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Future Assistants to create, store, send, or distribute:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or automated abuse of the messaging, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or voice-call features.
- Content that is illegal in the jurisdiction you're using the service from, including child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance — reported to the relevant authorities), material that promotes terrorism, or material that facilitates fraud.
- Malware, exploit code, or anything intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to Future Assistants' systems or a third party's systems.
- Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against an individual or group.
Intellectual property
Don't use the service to infringe someone else's intellectual property rights. This includes uploading content you don't have rights to, and — per Terms Section 6.2 on Nexus Studio · Worldbuilders — deliberately prompting the AI worldbuilding tools to replicate protected third-party works (for example, asking for "Middle-earth", "Westeros", or other branded fictional universes). The worldbuilders are meant to produce original invented names, places, cultures, and lore from your own brief, not reproductions of existing copyrighted settings. We reserve the right to reject prompts that name protected IP. If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on the platform, use our DMCA takedown process.
Abuse of AI systems
You must not attempt to:
- Jailbreak an assistant — i.e. use prompt injection, role-play framing, or other techniques to make it ignore its safety instructions or produce output it's designed to refuse.
- Extract system prompts, internal configuration, or proprietary instructions from an assistant.
- Use the service to generate content intended to harm real people — including harassment material, non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing content, or material designed to deceive (deepfakes of real individuals presented as authentic).
- Automate mass queries against the assistants to scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from the outputs.
Circumventing safety features
Future Assistants runs a safety-routing flow — described in Terms Section 6.1 and Privacy Policy Section 2.8 — that detects clinical-distress language (self-harm, eating disorder, abuse, severe-depression markers) and interrupts an in-character conversation to name the concern and point you to a human support service. You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or trick this flow — for example by rephrasing crisis language to evade detection, or by instructing an assistant to ignore the routing. The flow exists for your safety and the safety of other users; treating it as an obstacle to route around is a breach of this policy regardless of your intent.
If you are in immediate crisis, call your local emergency services (999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU) — Future Assistants is not an emergency service.
Account security and fair use
- Keep your credentials confidential and don't share your account with people outside your household or organisation without our permission.
- Don't create multiple accounts to evade a suspension, abuse free-tier limits, or manipulate credit-pack promotions.
- Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit metering, or usage caps through automated tooling.
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly to security@futureassistants.co.uk rather than exploiting them.
Enforcement
Breaching this policy is a breach of our Terms of service. Per Terms Section 12, we may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, at our discretion and proportionate to the conduct involved. Where required by law, we report certain categories of illegal content (such as CSAM) to the relevant authorities.
